Susan is a senior executive with deep finance experience across a wide variety of organizations. She served most recently as the Senior Vice President, Finance at Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ: ULTA), a leading independent beauty retailer, where she led the Corporate Strategy, M&A, FP&A, Treasury and Procurement teams. Her background includes strategic planning, M&A, IPO and capital markets experience with companies across the retail, consumer, technology, energy and financial services sectors. Susan has served as the CFO for Lands’ End and several technology startup companies and was an investment banker, assistant treasurer and business unit CFO as part of a 12-year tenure at Goldman Sachs. Susan holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Finance from Cal Poly, Pomona.
