Rebecca is a scientist with 20+ years experience in the Life Science and Diagnostics markets. She is currently the Senior VP of Research & Development at FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics and was previously General Manager of the Roche Sequencing Solutions site in Madison. She has spent 15 years developing genetics tools for the analysis of genomic variation and diagnostic tests. In this role, she has led the company to profitability and operational excellence. Prior to this she worked at the University of Wisconsin and at the National Institutes on Health. She has been involved in a number of partnerships and acquisition of biotech companies into the Roche organization and has a breadth of knowledge across product development, manufacturing, HR, and site support. Rebecca has a PhD in Toxicology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
