Janet White is a business executive and advisor in the life science industry. She has more than 30 years of experience running business units, leading commercial functions, and working in R&D. She was most recently a director at Promega providing strategic business unit leadership for global marketing, product line management and strategic planning. Previously, she served as Sr Vice President for Lonza, a global supplier to the pharma/biotech industry, based in Switzerland. She has also worked for Cambrex and Life Technologies, both leaders in the life science arena. Currently she is a business advisor and mentor to early stage companies.She enjoys helping businesses grow profitably through product line and technology expansion in combination with commercial execution. She has experience in licensing technology from start-ups as well as acquiring and integrating early-stage companies. Janet is a biomedical and electrical engineer by training, earning her BSE from Duke University and an MS from George Washington University.
