Gary was a retail/e-commerce business owner from 1984-2019. His first venture, Isthmus Sailboards started out as a local windsurfing/beachwear shop and became the nation’s premier e-ecommerce windsurfing company. In 2009 be started Paddleboard Specialists which grew rapidly then was sold in early 2016. He than started a watersports logistics company which he ran in addition to Isthmus Sailboards until September 2019 when he sold these businesses and is now retired. Gary is well versed in the day to day needs of small business from staffing challenges to financial statements, profit margins, identifying and pursuing market opportunities as well as all the other elements a small business owner needs to deal with.
