Eileen Goode is the Founder/President of Goode Solutions and is a self-employed Tech/Biotech recruiter with 20+ yrs of experience. Eileen engages with WI based clients to source great talent for permanent hire opportunities. Additionally, Eileen provides executive level career coaching and job search strategy sessions for clients. She graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a BA degree in International Affairs and assumed a variety of sales positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in her position as Sales Director for National Demographics and Lifestyles Corp, a national leader in Direct Marketing. She subsequently formed her own technical recruiting company, dB Solutions LLC, specializing in database programmers and project leads.
