Allan is a retired partner with Foley & Lardner LLP and was a member of the General Commercial Litigation, Tax & Individual Planning and Estates & Trusts Practices. During the fourteen years Allan was a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP, he worked with clients who started and managed various businesses, providing them strategic advice and counsel at critical times. Since retirement (2009), he has been working as a business and real estate consultant. Allan earned his undergraduate degree in history and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison.
