Eric is the Senior Product Manager-Technical for Alexa at Amazon. Previously he was Director of Product and Innovation at American Family Insurance (a Fortune 200 P&C Insurer based in Madison, WI) where he built from scratch an internally branded (think GE FastWorks or Intuit Design4Delight) innovation transformation initiative and team. He’s especially passionate about building great products including the people side of product and helping teams/leaders develop new skills and mindsets to navigate ambiguity and drive business outcomes faster.
