Mr. Kauten has served as a founder and leader for a number of Wisconsin biotechnology companies, including Promega Corporation, PanVera Corporation, Mirus Bio, Quintessence Biosciences, Inc. and Lucigen Corporation. He is a member of the board of First Business Financial Services, the Nordic Group of Companies, and BellBrook Labs and has served on the boards of other privately held companies and non-profit organizations.
